Five more players have joined the Liverpool FC Legends squad for the upcoming charity match against Manchester United.
Maxi Rodriguez, Glen Johnson, Djimi Traore, Anthony Le Tallec and Salif Diao have been added to the Reds’ group for the second leg of the Legends of the North tie, which takes place at Anfield on Saturday September 24 (3pm BST kick-off). See below for ticket details.
The first leg, at Old Trafford in May, ended 3-1 to LFC Legends.

Rodriguez, Johnson, Traore, Le Tallec and Diao will team up with the likes of Xabi Alonso, Fabio Aurelio and Martin Skrtel in a Liverpool squad managed by Sir Kenny Dalglish.
The second Legends of the North contest is presented by the club’s official charity LFC Foundation in association with Forever Reds, the official LFC former players association.
One hundred per cent of the proceeds raised from the special event will support LFC Foundation’s community programmes, as well as Forever Reds, Cash for Kids and IntoUniversity.
Tickets for the game are on sale now, priced at £27 for adults, £7 for juniors and £17 for over 65s.
