The Reds booked their place in the competition’s deciding match with a 1-1 draw against Fulham at Craven Cottage tonight, securing a 3-2 aggregate win in the semi-finals.
Chelsea, meanwhile, gained their showpiece spot by overcoming Middlesbrough 6-2 on aggregate in the last four.
The kick-off time for the final is 3pm GMT.
