The goalkeeper reached the landmark figure by starting Wednesday night's fixture away at Sunderland.
Alisson is the 12th Reds player to make 250 appearances in the Premier League specifically.
He is the second Brazilian to do so - after compatriot Roberto Firmino - and also the second 'keeper, emulating Pepe Reina.
In Liverpool's overall league history, Alisson is the 63rd man to play 250 times for the club.
