Alexis Mac Allister played an hour of Argentina’s 2-0 friendly win over Australia on Thursday.

Liverpool’s new No.10 started the match in Beijing, which was won by goals from Lionel Messi and German Pezzella, before being substituted for Julian Alvarez with around 30 minutes remaining.

World champions Argentina are next in action on Monday, when they will face Indonesia in Jakarta.
