Liverpool FC Women secured their spot in the last eight on Sunday when they beat Rugby Borough 2-0 away from home in the fifth round.
The draw for the next stage of the competition will be broadcast on the Adobe Women's FA Cup YouTube channel from 6.30pm GMT on Tuesday.
Quarter-final ties are scheduled to be played on Sunday March 9.
