LFC International Academy Teams of the Month – November

Published 13th December 2022

We are delighted to announce the November winners of our LFC International Academy Teams of the Month competition.

Teams are nominated by staff at LFC academies across the globe to recognise their achievements, whether it’s been a success on the pitch or representing our club values off it. Nominations are then reviewed by LFC and the winners selected.

This month’s winners are teams from LFC IA Egypt and LFC IA SoCal.

LFC IA Egypt Head Coach David Ridler nominated several of his teams who have been competing in the Egyptian league. David expressed his pride as he said: “The league teams have performed to an excellent standard winning lots of games and progressing up the league tables in the first month of our season. Their development has been very fast especially for the younger age groups who have been playing 8v8 for the first time. Congratulations everyone and keep up the good work!”

Our winners from LFC IA Socal were nominated by Ally Lozano who chose three of their girls’ teams for their performances as they head into the winter break. He said: “As the DPL starts the winter break, we’d like to congratulate the following three girls Academy teams -G2004/05, G2006 and G2010. All three completed the DPL Fall program with 7 wins from 7 games.

“Proving their quality at both home and away fixtures, they are all sat top of their respective age groups boasting impressive goal differential numbers.

“As a club, we are very happy with all the players and their contributions as they represent LFC IA SoCal!

“We look forward with excitement to the return of league play, where all three will be challenged to continue their progression as we look to secure qualification for the National Championships.”

Well done to all the teams. Look out for the next set of winning teams here next month. Keep up the great work!
