Liverpool FC is pleased to announce the launch of LFC International Academy Türkiye, bringing the club's world-renowned coaching programme to young players in the region for the first time.

The new academy will provide aspiring footballers with the opportunity to develop through Liverpool FC's coaching methodology, helping players improve their technical, tactical, physical and social skills while learning to play The Liverpool Way.

As part of Liverpool FC's growing global network of International Academies, LFC International Academy Türkiye will offer year-round programmes and provide young players with an authentic Liverpool FC coaching experience delivered through the curriculum developed by the club's Academy in Liverpool.

Ian Rush, Liverpool legend and LFC International Academy ambassador, said: “We’re excited to bring the first LFC International Academy to Türkiye, adding it to our global network. Türkiye has a strong football culture and a real passion for the game.

“The aim of our international coaching programmes is to provide the very best experience for young players. Alongside player development, coach education is an equally important aspect of the programme, which is why we introduce local coaches to the same philosophies and techniques delivered at our very own Academy in Liverpool.

LFC International Academy Türkiye is a year-round development programme, providing unique opportunities for young players aged five to 16 years old to learn to play The Liverpool Way.
