International Academy Anfield & AXA Melwood Junior Player Experience

We’re excited to offer young Reds fans a brand-new experience that they’ll never forget!
For the first time, we are opening the doors of the AXA Melwood Training Centre to allow youngsters to come and follow in the footsteps of LFC icons by training at the Club’s legendary training base.
Home to LFC men’s team from 1950 to 2020, AXA Melwood is now back in the LFC Family as the official home of LFC Women. Legends such as Bill Shankly, Ian Rush, Kenny Daglish and Steven Gerrard have all passed through the gates of AXA Melwood, as have modern day heroes such as Mo Salah and Missy Bo-Kearns.
Now, boys and girls aged 8-14 can sign-up to take part in our Anfield & AXA Melwood Junior Player Experience, an action-packed day that starts with a bespoke tour of our iconic Anfield home, includes a Q&A with an LFC legend and a three-hour training session at AXA Melwood.
In full, the event will include:
Bespoke Anfield Stadium tour alongside their LFC coach for the day
Q&A with an LFC legend
Executive coach travel from Anfield to AXA Melwood
Three-hour coaching session on the famous AXA Melwood pitches
Training delivered by experienced LFC coaches
Souvenir photograph (supplied after the event as a digital download)
A signed certificate of participation
An LFC International Academy medal
A gift pack containing two LFC gifts
One-year access to LFC eAcademy, LFC’s official digital training platform
