The Scotland striker bolstered Gareth Taylor's attacking ranks by agreeing the temporary switch from Tottenham Hotspur.
She arrived on Merseyside having been a Barclays Women's Super League player since 2019, firstly with West Ham United.
After two seasons as a Hammer, Thomas spent two campaigns at Manchester United before switching to Spurs in 2023.
While at Tottenham, she passed the milestone of 100 games in the English top flight, scored the club's first WSL hat-trick and helped them reach the Women's FA Cup final.
