Freddie Woodman, goalkeeper - Liverpool FC
Freddie Woodman arrived at Liverpool in the summer of 2025 to bolster the goalkeeping department.
The experienced stopper joined the Reds on a free transfer following the expiration of his contract with Preston North End.
He debuted for the club in a Carabao Cup tie against Palace at Anfield, before getting a chance in the Premier League in the closing weeks of his debut campaign.
Woodman came on as a substitute in Liverpool's dramatic Merseyside derby win at Hill Dickinson Stadium and then impressed with several saves as he started the subsequent top-flight home victory over Palace.
Previously, Woodman spent three seasons at Preston after signing from Newcastle United and made 138 appearances between the posts in all competitions.
