Following the Government’s recent decision to allow fans to return to stadiums after 2 December 2020, we will be welcoming home supporters back to Liverpool Football Club for our Premier League matches.
The Liverpool City Region has been placed in Tier 2 restrictions, so Anfield Stadium could be permitted to operate with a maximum of 2,000 supporters, in the interest of public health and safety.
We have worked closely with our city partners, Liverpool City Council, Merseyside Police and Spirit of Shankly to create a robust plan which is in line with government guidance and prioritises the safety of the local community, supporters, staff, players and emergency services.
In support of the Liverpool City Region mass-testing programme, all fans who are attending the match are being encouraged to have COVID-19 test either on the day of the game - or the day before. This is not a mandatory condition of entry.
Test sites are located as follows and there is no need to book providing you are not suffering from any COVID 19 symptoms.

With this in mind, we want you to have the best matchday experience. Ahead of visiting the Anfield, we ask all supporters who are wanting to purchase a ticket or who have obtained a ticket via the ballot, to read the following information very carefully and ask that you adhere to the new rules and guidelines put in place to help keep you safe.
