Privacy Policy - Partnerships Contacts

Who are we?

This notice describes how The Liverpool Football Club and Athletic Grounds Limited (also referred to as "Liverpool FC", "we" or "us") will use your data when you consent to our monitoring activities on our websites and/or when contacting you about Liverpool FC partnership opportunities, hospitality and business development events and activities.

What personal data will we use and for what?

We may collect and use the following:

  • your name;
  • the IP address of the device on which you access any LFC site;
  • your home postal address (where applicable);
  • your business postal address;
  • your business email address and business phone/fax numbers;
  • your job title/role and related information; and
  • your contact details on sites and apps such as LinkedIn and WeChat, in order to contact you about Liverpool FC hospitality and business development events and activities and to correspond with you about potential partnerships with us.

In addition to the above, we may also capture data relating to your use of the microsite (including but not limited to page views, video views, brochure downloads etc.). We may use this data to monitor how you interact with the features on the microsite, to contact you about Liverpool FC projects which we think may be of interest to you and to comply with any request you may make of Liverpool FC. For further detail on how we will store and may process your personal data, please see our Privacy Policy here.

On what basis?

We rely on our legitimate interest in carrying out business marketing to communicate with you in this way. However, if at any point you would like us to stop processing your personal data for these purposes (and therefore stop contacting you) then please reply to any email we have sent to you with “UNSUBSCRIBE” in the subject line or get in touch with your contact at LFC who will process this request.

Who do we share your personal data with?

We will share your personal data with the provider of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, who will process it on our behalf for the purpose of hosting and storing the data and providing us with access to the data in a user-friendly way and certain other features such as being able to run reports. On occasion we will also share your personal data with other suppliers who will only be entitled to process your data in order to provide their services to us.

How long will we keep your data?

We will keep your personal data as long as we have a legitimate business need to do so (for example, for our business development purposes). When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise it or, if this is not possible then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

What rights do you have?

  • You have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal data; to correct, delete or restrict (stop any active) processing of your personal data; and to obtain the personal data you provide to us for a contract or with your consent in a structured, machine readable format.
  • In addition, you can object to the processing of your personal data in some circumstances (in particular, where we don’t have to process the data to meet a contractual or other legal requirement, or where we are using the data for direct marketing).
  • These rights may be limited, for example if fulfilling your request would reveal personal data about another person, or if you ask us to delete information which we are required by law to keep or have compelling legitimate interests in keeping.

To exercise any of these rights, you can get in touch with our Data Protection Officer at DPO@liverpoolfc.com or by writing to the following address:
