NewsZara Shaw signs first professional contract with LFC Women
The 18-year-old is a product of the club's academy system and has represented England at youth level.
Shaw recovered from an anterior cruciate ligament injury to make her senior Reds debut in May 2024, away at Leicester City in the Barclays Women's Super League.
The midfielder was involved eight times last season, scoring her first goal in style at Newcastle United in the Women's League Cup, before being sidelined by another ACL setback.
She continues to make encouraging progress with her rehabilitation at the AXA Melwood Training Centre, under the close supervision of the club's medical team.
After inking her deal, Shaw told Liverpoolfc.com: "It's an amazing feeling. It's a really proud moment for me and for my family and everyone who's supported me on the journey so far. I'm absolutely buzzing.
"I was just a little girl when I first joined Liverpool. You always dream of stuff like this but for it to actually be happening is amazing.
"I'm working hard every day to try to get back out there as quick as I can. But at the same time, I'm not rushing it – I'll be ready when I'm ready. I'm doing well at the moment."
