The Liverpool FC Women midfielder continued her comeback from long-term injury by playing an hour of the 5-0 win over Latvia in Switzerland.
And Shaw provided the opening goal of the European Championship qualifier early on with a headed effort.
Last weekend, Shaw marked her return to club action with the extra-time winner as the Reds beat Charlton Athletic to reach the Adobe Women's FA Cup semi-finals.
