Liverpool secured a place in the next stage on Saturday with a 4-0 victory over Accrington Stanley in round three at Anfield.
The Reds will discover their round-four opponents when the draw takes place after the clash between Arsenal and Manchester United (3pm on Sunday).
Arne Slot's team will be ball number 10.
Matches in the fourth round will be played across the weekend of Saturday February 8.
