It is set to be conducted after the conclusion of the round-four tie between Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur, which kicks off at 8pm GMT.
Liverpool will be aiming to ensure their name is in the hat for it when they host Crystal Palace at Anfield in the fourth round on the same evening.
Fifth-round ties are scheduled to be played in the week commencing December 15.
