AcademyWellity Lucky signs first pro contract with Liverpool FC

Wellity Lucky has signed his first professional contract with Liverpool FC.

The 17-year-old centre-back has been a mainstay with Marc Bridge-Wilkinson's U18s team when available this season.

Born in Zaragoza, Spain, Wellity – who can also play at right-back – joined the Reds at U13 level and has progressed through the age groups at the Academy.

He made his U18s debut last season at the age of 16.
