The Netherlands centre-back overtook Michael Owen (297) in the club’s all-time appearances list when skippering Arne Slot’s side to victory at Brentford last Saturday.
Jamie Redknapp (308), Jack Balmer (309), Martin Skrtel (320), Kevin Keegan (323) and Andy Robertson (324) are the men now immediately above him.
