NewsTwo new LFC Original films to celebrate Mo Salah and Andy Robertson

The pair will both say farewell to the Reds after this Sunday’s final game of the season, against Brentford at Anfield.

During a shared nine-year spell with the club, Salah and Robertson were leading figures in a new generation of success, helping Liverpool to lift two Premier League titles, the Champions League, FIFA Club World Cup, FA Cup, UEFA Super Cup and two League Cups.

As part of the club’s tributes to them, new documentary programmes are set to premiere on All Red Video.

Firstly, available from 5pm BST on Friday May 22, Salah: Farewell to the King will celebrate the Egyptian’s extraordinary achievements in the No.11 shirt.

In the film, Anfield’s home dressing room is transformed into an intimate theatre to host an extended candid interview with Salah.

Alongside footage of key moments, he relives many of the goals, records and memories that lit up his time on Merseyside and provides fascinating insight into his emotions along the way.

He is also joined on the Anfield pitch by his two daughters to reflect on some of the most unforgettable scenes inside the stadium from the very spots where they occurred.

Following on Thursday May 28 will be Robbo: My Liverpool, which features unprecedented access with Robertson throughout his final weeks at the club.

The film also charts the Scot’s remarkable story through his own words in a special interview at his home, alongside tributes from many of those who were part of it and know him best.

Jürgen Klopp explains why he became the ‘perfect Liverpool player’ and teammates including Alisson Becker, Conor Bradley and Virgil van Dijk describe his impact within the squad.

Former Reds discuss their appreciation too, such as Trent Alexander-Arnold, Jordan Henderson, Sadio Mane and James Milner.

Both films will be available to view on All Red Video for subscribers and All Red Full members. Find out more and get a free month trial here.
