Tributes paid to Diogo Jota and Andre Silva at Liverpool v AC Milan
Before kick-off in the Hong Kong friendly, supporters raised a mosaic that formed the letters ‘DJ 20’ in memory of the late Reds player.
Sir Kenny Dalglish laid a wreath to remember Diogo and his brother Andre, who tragically died in a road traffic accident earlier this month.
Liverpool’s squad wore special jerseys etched with a poignant commemoration of Diogo, and also had black armbands.
In the 20th minute of the game, fans inside Kai Tak Stadium joined together in applause.
