This particular meeting of manga and football is the design of Ema Toyama, a celebrated shōjo manga artist known for works including Missions of Love and Vampire Dormitory.

Toyama’s output is distinguished by delicate emotional portrayals, dramatic storylines and stunning visuals, with her illustrations capturing characters’ feelings through expressive gestures and intricate details.
