ClubSingle Sign On deadline approaching
If you are yet to complete the Single Sign On (SSO) process, you will need to do so by 5pm GMT on Monday March 9 to retain access to your ticketing account.
Liverpool FC launched Single Sign On in November 2024 to simplify the way supporters access club websites and the official app by introducing a single login across all platforms.
The majority of supporters have completed the process and now use their email address to log in to the club's online services. However, there are a number of fans who have not logged in to their account since SSO was introduced and have therefore not completed SSO.
If you have not yet logged in to your account since November 2024, but you wish to continue using your account and access your ticketing and membership purchase history, then you must complete SSO before 5pm GMT on Monday March 9, 2026.
Please note that any supporter who is currently on the season ticket waiting list and has yet to complete SSO will be removed from the waiting list after this date if the process is not completed. This is to ensure the waiting list only contains active accounts and will allow the club to provide supporters with an accurate waiting list position.
If you are on the season ticket waiting list and have already completed SSO, you do not need to do anything and you will be able to view your new position in due course.
Supporters with active ticketing accounts who have not yet completed SSO will be contacted directly. Fans are advised to look out for this email as it contains the supporter ID you need to link if you wish to retain your ticketing/membership account.
If you need assistance linking your account, please see the step-by-step guide in our FAQs or watch our video guide.
