By Chris Shaw
The Liverpool midfielder is named on an eight-player shortlist after an outstanding campaign in which he helped his club win the championship.
Adapted to a deeper-lying position by head coach Arne Slot, the No.38 started all 34 of the Reds’ top-flight fixtures that led to the title being clinched with four matches to spare.
Gravenberch – who is also in contention for the main Player of the Season accolade – is up against Liam Delap, Anthony Elanga, Dean Huijsen, Cole Palmer, Joao Pedro, Morgan Rogers and William Saliba for Young Player of the Season.
Fans can vote for the Dutchman here until 12pm BST on Monday (May 19). The winner will be announced on May 24.
