LFC Retail has launched its new spring/summer campaign, ‘Red Frequency’ – including long-sleeve retro shirts for the first time.

The updated iconic jerseys of the past include the red Candy LFC Adults 89-91 Home Long Sleeve Shirt, famously worn by the likes of record goalscorer Ian Rush.

There is the green and white LFC Men’s 95-96 Long Sleeve Away Shirt, and the ecru LFC Men’s 96-97 Long Sleeve Away Shirt, memorably worn by the likes of Robbie Fowler, Steve McManaman and Jamie Redknapp.

It also refreshes historical pieces from the club’s archive including the LFC Shankly Bomber Jacket – a standout piece that is a replica of what the legendary manager wore during training sessions.

Fans featured in the campaign include YouTube creator Manny, musicians Michael Aldag, Navos and Rihanne Downey, model Paris Chanel, and two-weight world champion boxer Natasha Jonas’ daughter, Mela, who each depict the dynamic and expressive nature of the LFC fanbase.

The soundtrack is provided by Navos, titled TLC.

The campaign will be rolled out online and across LFC Retail’s 18 UK and international standalone stores. It will also align with the recent club brand refresh, using the new font and focusing on LFC’s unmistakable red.
