
AcademyRanel Young signs first pro contract with Liverpool FC

The 17-year-old joined the Reds from Huddersfield Town as an U12 player and has just completed his first season with Marc Bridge-Wilkinson's U18s squad.
A winger blessed with pace and the ability to drift past defenders, he also featured for the U19s team that reached the quarter-finals of the UEFA Youth League.
Individual highlights of Young's season included a spectacular late solo goal against Manchester United and another fine finish versus Blackburn Rovers.
