Olivia Smith sealed her switch to Liverpool FC Women at the AXA Melwood Training Centre – and we were there to capture the special moment.

The Canada forward is the first addition to Matt Beard’s squad, subject to international clearance, as the Reds look towards the next campaign after finishing fourth in the Barclays Women’s Super League last season.

Our photographer followed Smith as she put pen to paper at Melwood, delivered her first club interview and pulled on her new colours.
