The Liverpool FC Women midfielder came off the bench on the hour mark as her country beat Nigeria 3-1 in Nantes.
That result secured second place in Group C for Nagano and co, who will now face the USA in a last-eight tie to be played on Saturday.
Elsewhere, Reds goalkeeper Teagan Micah was an unused substitute for Australia in their 2-1 defeat by the USA in Marseille.
Australia's third-placed finish in Group B was not sufficient to reach the next phase.
