Naby Keita scored an injury-time winner for Guinea on Thursday evening.
The midfielder netted the only goal of an Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Malawi, sending a powerful effort into the back of the net with 91 minutes on the clock.
It gave Keita and his nation their first victory in Group D of qualifying after two rounds of fixtures.
Elsewhere, Diogo Jota played 80 minutes for Portugal in their 2-0 UEFA Nations League win over the Czech Republic.
Kostas Tsimikas was a starter and played the entirety of Greece's 3-0 success over Cyprus, while Conor Bradley was a late substitute in Northern Ireland's 3-2 defeat away at Kosovo.
