NewsMohamed Salah now outright fifth on Liverpool's all-time top scorers list
By Chris Shaw
The No.11 increased his total for the Reds to 187 with his first-half effort in the 3-1 home victory over AFC Bournemouth on Saturday.
That took him above Gerrard, who racked up 186 strikes in the 710 appearances of his iconic time at Anfield, and into fifth spot on the list of the club’s most prolific players.
Salah has plundered his 187 goals in 307 outings since joining Liverpool from AS Roma in the summer of 2017.
The Egyptian’s next target to overhaul on the ranking is Billy Liddell, who ended his talismanic career with the Reds having netted on 228 occasions.
Liverpool’s all-time leading men’s scorers

- Mohamed Salah – 187
