Mohamed Salah can become Liverpool's outright leading goalscorer against Manchester United by finding the back of the net on Monday night.

The Egyptian, who bagged a hat-trick in last season's trip to Old Trafford, is currently level with Steven Gerrard (nine) for goals versus the Reds' arch-rivals.

A strike in the 8pm BST kick-off would also lead to Salah being just the second Liverpool player in history to score in four successive league games with United – the other being Dick Forshaw in 1925-26 and again in 1926-27.

Alisson Becker's next game will see him enter the club's top 10 all-time goalkeeper appearances list.

Fabinho could make his 100th start in the Premier League.

Salah (119) is third on the list of most Premier League goals for Liverpool after Robbie Fowler (128) and Gerrard (120).

Inside Old Trafford: Man Utd 0-5 Liverpool

The Reds are four goals short of recording 800 in all competitions under Jürgen Klopp.

Klopp's side could become the first in the club's history to win on three successive league visits to Old Trafford.

They could also go five unbeaten in the league at Old Trafford for the first time since 1927 and equal the club record.

Liverpool have scored in 29 of the last 30 away league games – the exception being at Leicester City last December in a 1-0 defeat.

The Reds are the only team to score two hat-tricks against United in the Premier League – Dirk Kuyt with the other in March 2011.

Naby Keita's fifth-minute goal last season is the fastest goal scored by the club at Old Trafford in the Premier League era.
