NewsMo Salah wins LFC Player of the Month award for April
Ahead of his farewell to the Reds this Sunday, the No.11 was presented with a prize he has won so often across the past nine years for the final time.
Salah was the top pick in a poll of supporters on Liverpoolfc.com after a month in which he scored during a Merseyside derby victory at Everton.
He was also on target prior to that with a clinical strike as Fulham were beaten on home soil in the Premier League.
This Player of the Month win means Salah will depart the club having been chosen for the award on 29 occasions since claiming it at the first opportunity in August 2017.
Why fans voted for Salah…
Phil Krasner: Scored a few goals and was instrumental in helping Liverpool secure three wins in the Premier League in April.
Jason Gerguis: Scored in two of three Premier League games; he put on a show before he got injured.
Janet Madigan: Gratitude for his contribution to making us the mighty Reds.
Herdi Joshua: He has been really good recently and has shown a great quality, together with Ngumoha, but I can say that because of playing time Salah was a little bit above this month.
M D: He’s been great and he also deserves it one last time.
