NewsMissy Bo Kearns named Women's Rising Star at Northwest Football Awards
The Liverpool midfielder featured in 28 matches across all competitions last season as the Reds returned to the Barclays Women’s Super League.
Kearns scored five goals and provided two assists for Matt Beard’s team during the campaign, and she also continued to progress on the international stage for England’s U23 side.
The No.7’s club form was recognised by supporters as she was voted LFC Women’s Player of the Season at the end of 2022-23.
Elsewhere on the night, Ted Morris – Reds fan and chairman of the Liverpool Disabled Supporters Association – was presented with the Unsung Hero Award.
The honour came as recognition for his commitment to ensuring every disabled LFC fan is offered an inclusive and accessible opportunity to watch the club both home and away.
Ted has worked tirelessly and passionately to make an extraordinary impact on the lives of disabled supporters and the wider community.
