According to Sky Germany, after weeks of negotiations with the south coast club, the Reds have reached a full agreement to secure the Hungarian defender's services.
Initial talks between the sides had stalled due to disagreements over the fee, with Bournemouth standing firm on their valuation.
However, all parties have now found common ground, allowing Liverpool to finalise personal terms and proceed with medical tests.
