The Austria international provided three assists during Liverpool FC Women’s dramatic 4-3 win over Chelsea at Prenton Park.
Having trailed at the break, Matt Beard’s Reds came out on top of a thriller with the reigning WSL champions, courtesy of goals from Sophie Roman Haug, Gemma Bonner (two) and Leanne Kiernan.
All three of Höbinger’s assists came from corner kicks, making her the first player to record such a feat in a single match in the division’s history.
Overall, midfielder Höbinger has delivered five goals and five assists in 27 appearances since joining the club last summer.
Wednesday’s victory moved Beard’s charges back level on points with fourth-placed Manchester United, whom they host in a 2pm BST kick-off on Sunday.
