The 21-year-old joined Marco Silva’s men in January on a temporary basis in a bid to gain more senior experience away from Merseyside.Williams has made the most of his spell at Craven Cottage in recent months, featuring 13 times in the Championship.He has scored two goals and notched two assists during his spell so far to help the club return to the top flight at the first attempt.The Wales international took to social media to mark the occasion after promotion was secured thanks to a 3-0 win over Preston North End in midweek.
