NewsLiverpool's Greatest: Countdown of results to begin on Monday

Earlier this year, we invited fans, former players, journalists and a club panel to cast their votes and decide the ultimate ranking as of 2026.

Selections were taken based on an individual’s ability, impact, legacy and success during their playing career with the Reds.

It came as the third edition of such a poll, following those held under the title of ‘100 Players Who Shook the Kop’ in 2006 and 2013.

From Monday, we will be revealing the list with three players announced per day, in reverse order.

The countdown will culminate in a special live show in early July that will reveal the top five and winner of the title as Liverpool’s Greatest.
