NewsLiverpool's eight possible next Europa League opponents

The Reds will face one of the following teams who have progressed from the competition’s knockout play-off round, which concluded this evening:

• AC Milan
• Benfica
• Freiburg
• Marseille
• Qarabag
• Roma
• Sparta Prague
• Sporting CP

The Round of 16 draw is scheduled to take place from 11am GMT on Friday in Nyon, Switzerland.

These two-legged ties will be played on Thursday March 7 and Thursday March 14, with Liverpool at home in the second fixture due to their seeded status.
