Organised by Reds captain Virgil van Dijk alongside his former youth club Willem II, the two-day event featured 16 teams and took place in Tilburg.
Liverpool were up against the hosts, Bayer Leverkusen and Paris Saint-Germain during Saturday’s group-stage matches at Sportpark Prinsenhoeve.
And they chalked up three successive victories, by scorelines of 3-0, 4-2 and 2-0 respectively.
The competition culminated with a series of knockout fixtures on Sunday, leading up to the showpiece final played in Koning Willem II Stadion.
In the semi-finals the Reds defeated Manchester City 5-2 and they then secured the trophy by overcoming Feyenoord 2-1 in the decider.
