The Reds are said to be keeping tabs on the AFC Bournemouth winger after his impressive form for the Cherries this season.
Semenyo has scored six goals and recorded three assists in eight Premier League appearances in 2025-26 so far.
Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur have also been linked with a move for the 25-year-old.
