Liverpool have opened talks with Bayern Munich over a deal for midfielder Ryan Gravenberch.

Gravenberch has been high on the Reds' wanted list for several months as they continue to look to reinforce Jurgen Klopp's midfield options this summer having already splashed out more than £105m on new players.

While a deal is some way from being agreed, negotiations are now under way aimed at the two clubs agreeing an acceptable fee for the 21-year-old Dutch international.
