The 18-year-old attacking midfielder has been turning heads in Brazil – and his progress has not gone unnoticed among scouts working for European sides. Guilherme has established himself in the Palmeiras team, making 33 first-team appearances across the Brazilian Serie A and the Copa Libertadores.
Palmeiras are the team who produced Arsenal star Gabriel Jesus and Real Madrid-bound Endrick and scouts believe Guilherme could be the next big thing. The Daily Mail reports that Liverpool and several other European clubs are scouting him.
