Liverpool are assessing whether to make an approach for PSG winger Ibrahim Mbaye - as well as his teammate Bradley Barcola.

Mbaye is an 18-year-old right winger who starred for Senegal at the World Cup.

Liverpool have been among the clubs made aware of the teenager's availability earlier in the window, but Manchester City and Tottenham were understood to have shown greater interest.
