NewsLFC Women injury update: Fahey, Kiernan, Matthews and Silcock
By Chris Shaw
The Reds head to Crystal Palace on Sunday (2pm GMT kick-off) as the Barclays Women’s Super League campaign resumes following the February international window.
Speaking at a press conference on Friday, interim manager Whiteley was asked for the latest team news and said: “We’re looking pretty good.
“Hannah Silcock is taking a little bit longer than what we first expected, but we had Jas Matthews back in full training. She was back in over the international break.
“Niamh Fahey was in part [of] training today, so that was good.
“Leanne Kiernan is the only one that will be missing this weekend.”
