NewsLFC Women complete signing of midfielder Natalia Ramos

The Spanish central midfielder joins the Reds in a permanent transfer, becoming the club’s sixth new recruit ahead of 2026-27.

Ramos, 27, moves to Merseyside having clocked up more than 200 appearances across all competitions for Tenerife.

Thirty of those came in Spain’s top division during the past season and saw her score 10 goals for Tenerife and also tally five assists.

“I’m really, really happy. I’m very excited to achieve this new step in my life and I’m very grateful for this new opportunity in my life,” Ramos told Liverpoolfc.com at the AXA Melwood Training Centre.

“For me it was a very easy decision and I’m very, very happy, with a lot of feelings and emotions because I know who the club is, the respect [it has].

“I feel very happy and privileged to take this shirt and sign at the club.”

On the international stage, Ramos was previously capped by Spain at both U17 and U19 level.

She was part of her country’s squad that lifted the U19 Women’s European Championship in Northern Ireland in 2017.

Ramos will wear the No.6 shirt for Liverpool.
