NewsLFC fitness update: Federico Chiesa, Wataru Endo, Cody Gakpo
The trio were all absent from the Reds' 1-0 Champions League victory over Internazionale in midweek at San Siro due to illness and injury.
Ahead of Saturday's Anfield clash with the Seagulls in the Premier League (3pm GMT kick-off), the head coach was asked for the latest on their availability.
Speaking at his pre-match press conference on Friday morning, Slot said: "Federico is not ill anymore. He trained yesterday and he trained today again, so I assume he's ready to be in the squad tomorrow again."
Asked for a further update on Endo and Gakpo, he added: "It's going to be weeks. With Cody it's a muscle injury and Wata is an ankle injury."
Slot also revealed he will monitor the condition of attacker Alexander Isak after Tuesday's game in Italy.
He said: "Alex also got a knock in the first half, so let's see how he has recovered from that today - if he's able to start tomorrow and, if he's able, I make the decision to start them [Isak and Hugo Ekitike] again together, or we do it in a different way."
