Jurgen Klopp holds the advantage in Liverpool's transfer chase for Borussia Monchengladbach star Florian Neuhaus, according to a Bundesliga expert.

The Reds manager is searching for Georginio Wijnaldum's replacement after the Dutchman departed Anfield for Paris Saint-Germain on a free transfer last week.

Now, Klopp appears to be turning to his homeland to find the former No.5's heir and Mirror Sport understands Liverpool are monitoring Neuhaus as he prepares to line up for Germany at Euro 2020.
