Bayern Munich chief Oliver Kahn is "optimistic" about keeping Kingsley Coman despite interest from Liverpool.

The French winger has a contract in Bavaria until 2023 but the German champions are keen to tie him down to an extension.

Liverpool though are weighing up a move for the World Cup winner in the coming months.
