Gordon, 19, links up with the Championship outfit as he seeks to build up further senior experience throughout the new season.
A February 2021 arrival from Derby County, Gordon has represented the Reds on seven occasions and scored once, and was involved during pre-season under head coach Arne Slot.
Norwich have begun their league campaign with two draws and a defeat, and are back in action away at Coventry City on Saturday lunchtime.
