Jurrien Timber has revealed his future at Ajax is uncertain, opening a window of opportunity for potential suitors Manchester United and Liverpool.
The 21-year-old Dutch defender rose through the youth ranks at Ajax and up to their senior team, making 121 appearances since being handed his debut in 2020, but he has recently been tipped to leave his boyhood club.
Two Premier League sides have reportedly been fighting to bring Timber to England for over a year, and the Utrecht-born player was coy when quizzed on his future with Ajax.
