AcademyJosh Sonni-Lambie signs first professional contract with LFC

The 17-year-old striker joined the Reds at U14 level after being spotted playing grassroots football in London.

He stepped up to Marc Bridge-Wilkinson's U18s squad as a 16-year-old last season, scoring his first goal at that level in May against Derby County.

His progress has continued into the current campaign, with Sonni-Lambie adding seven goals and numerous assists to his tally.

He has also been part of the Reds' UEFA Youth League squad that has progressed to the last 32 of the competition and will travel to VfB Stuttgart next week.
